Sushi Time

Dear blogger sooo sorry for the absence these days, I dont really know why but I just tired to do anything. Even blogging huhu.. But anyway I am now gathering around the energy and ready to begin :)

Today recipe I want to share is roll sushi, what u need is several japanese products.

Here the things you need:
1, japanese rice
2. Japanese rice vinegar
3. Japanese mayonaise
4. Kikkoman soy sauce
5. Big sheet nori

For the feeling you may choose whatever you love. I was using salmon, crabstick, tamago (japanese omelete), and japanese cucumber.

1st step is u cook the rice, ricecooker will be the best equipment to do this.
After the rice done mix it with mixture or 1tablespoon of rice vinegar, salt, and sugar. Mix them well.

2nd step prepare the filling.
I was fried the salmon with batter and breadcrumbs. To make it as if as a tempura
Then i make the tamago. Tamago is basically an omellete but u roll it before it really cooked and it is a very thin layer omellete before u roll,
For crabstick, I just steamed for a while to make sure it was cooked.
And for the cucumber u just slice it.

The roll steps are
1. Preparethe japanese sushi roll bamboo
2. Put the nori (shiny sheet down)
3. Put the rice, water ur hand to make spreading the rice on the nori easier
4. Make sure the rice is evenly spread and around 1cm
5. Now place the filling, spread the mayo first then salmon the mayo  again then crabstik then cucumber
6. Now roll, u have to roll it and press it tomake sure it stick
7. Then using a very sharp knife cut the sushi

Hoalaaaa it is done!
