Today's menu - onion Ring and Ta Mie Goreng

Sorry for not posting anything yesterday. These several days arent really good day for me.. hufttt..

But anyway no glommy can stop me cook... or make up ahahahaha...

So today, i was making onion ring,,, becauseeeeee... my daughter can stop eating the snack full of chemical poisoned ones... hahahha.. so i run into the kitchen n made one. It is very easy breeze.
What u need just onion, cold water, cornstach, flour, dried basil, salt and pepper.
I created 2 type. One with basic layer mixed of that ingredienrpts and the other one, i add breadcrumbs.
Both are crispy and yummy. I favorite the simple one but hubby said he likes the one with breadcrumbs.
So how to is very simple. First mixed water, cornstach, flour, salt, pepper, dried basil. Note that the mixture not supposed to be runny. The mixed has to stick to the onion.
If u want to add breadcrumbs just deep the onion after the 1st mixed then fry.
And another note slice the onion thickly. If u cut to thin, it will overcooked.

And the second dish is a chinese food, in here people called it ta mie goreng. But i used to call it i fu mie.

1st ur deep fried thenfresh egg noodle until it is crispy and dry.
2nd preps the ingredients, i used choisim, beancurd, and chicken breast. Cut with ur own taste.
3rd it is ready to go. Put on the chopped garlic into hot canola oil or vegies oil then egg, chicken breast, after the chicken turns into white put in choisim. Cook for a while then put in the sauce (oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, and savory soy sauce) mix them well. Put in water or chicken stock like 500ml, then taste, if it is not to salty u may add more salt. If the taste is excellent put in the mixture of cornstach and water. Then plate it. The fried noodle in the bottom and cover it with the veggie n chicken.

Ta daaaa it is doneee...

It wasss super duper delicious, i am not laying! Hahahaha
